Teacher Biography, Ellen Morey

Ellen started creating with polymer clay 26 years ago after taking a class through 4-H. She got her own clay and tools and was hooked! Being mostly self-taught, Ellen has explored many different uses of polymer clay, from miniatures, bas relief sculptures, wax seal stamps, figurines, chess sets, jewelry gifts, and even a new knob for a kitchen stove! She is experienced in various art forms like lacemaking, watercolor, gelli plate printing, instrument building, calligraphy, and plenty more. See Ellen’s page on Instagram at MotherNecessity.
