Her list of accomplishments includes Midwest Regional Museum of American Art Award winner, and   being published as an Illustrator for a children’s book.

Annette Jones: With over 20 years working with pottery, considers herself "self-taught" because she is not formally trained in ceramics, though she has had many wonderful teachers along the way. She has a long-range plan to build her life around pottery as much as possible. Believing that once children learn to express and execute their personal visions in clay, they can become empowered in ways that go far beyond the walls of the ceramic studio or classroom! She believes that children should not be limited in finding their potential. When they are open to new ideas and experiences, they can create ANYTHING in their lives!

Allison (Ali) Kitt: Having worked over the years in many different media from drawing to sculpture to silk-dyeing, Ali is majoring in Fine Art at Indiana University and will graduate in May of 2012. She has spent most of her time working with sculpture and enjoys bronze and life casting.

Julie Manfredi: Julie is a former President of the EAL and has been a valued and inspirational instructor with us for several years. She exhibits at many art fairs and exhibits in the midwest. During his senior year at Goshen College he spent a service semester in Costa Rica where he assisted a local potter and practiced throwing on a rustic kick wheel. Shayne also has considerable experience working with children and as a substitute teacher in Elkhart County schools.

Danielle Wilborn: Danielle has a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from IUSB with a concentration in photography.
